So... for our upcoming event on Sustainability/SDG/Climate Innovation, I'm keen to hear stories about ***real*** innovations that address the bigger issues of our times launched (or in the process of being launched) by big co's.
Not the typical year end report sustainability lingo type of stories, but new products, services, business models, collaborations and processes that have a measurable positive impact.
We have a few slots open in the agenda for corporate innovators, so once I know of some more good stories I'll try to find the folks driving it and invite them to share their approach and lessons learned.
Any suggestions welcome!

I know this post is a classic, but what are your top 3 reasons for failure when it comes to innovation? My POV:
1. Lack of systematic process
2. Idea-first vs- needs-first
3. Not the right capabilities in place e.g. lack of experimentation (mindset)
Happy to hear your thoughts and/or content pieces if you also covered that topic.
At the end of the post, I included a lot of further reading covering that topic. Happy to include your content pieces as well. Already added pieces from ο»Ώ

Let's take a moment to celebrate what has gone well this past week - big or small, it's all worth a quick cheer! π
Comment below with something that you feel proud of or went better than expected, or even an approach/experiment that didn't go as planned, but ended up giving you some great insight.

Hi all,
looking for use cases to support the implementation of a "de-identified" data sandbox for healthcare startups needing access to prove or revise their tech.
Any comments, questions or direction would be appreciated π

Hi Innov8rs,
Serious games can be very usefull at different steps of the innovation process: quick off, reframing, idea generation, to help to build an innovative culture...
Did you already use it? Did you use simulations or tailor made games? One person comepting against the machine or playing with teams?
Many people still think the only output is team building and fun, could you explain which kind of output you got?ο»Ώ

Hey there... in prep for our March event on Innovation Culture, Talent & Teams I am collecting examples of organizations (public and private sector) known for having a culture of innovation, beyond the usual suspects like Google π
What organizations come to mind? What people do you regard as innovation culture leaders?
Let me know in the comments or in DM.
